About the Morning Session
The Morning Session on Universal Human Values aims to extend self-exploration beyond workshop completion and augment your journey of self-evolution. Conducted daily by qualified resource persons, these sessions encourage participants to explore Universal Human Values in-depth through the practice of self-exploration.
Duration & Schedule
Each batch runs for 4-5 months, one-hour daily
English Session
5:30 to 6:30 am IST
Hindi Session

Session Focus
Participants focus on direct observation of themselves, their relationships, the innate harmony in nature, and coexistence. The content is shared as a proposal, encouraging participants to reflect and ask questions based on their observations. These reflections often relate to everyday life and curiosity about existence.
Participation Criteria
Participants must have completed at least one workshop on human values, either online or face-to-face.
Session Structure
Each session batch runs with a specific focus. The core content includes Practice Exercises 1 and 2: Observing the self by the self (consciousness by consciousness) and Observing the body by the self (material by consciousness).
In specific batches, additional UHV content may be included. In previous batches, the following has been covered:
- UHV-III: Comprehensive understanding of the self, nature, and existence; and human conduct.
- UHV-II: Summary and FAQs: Key points and frequently asked questions from the basic workshop or course on universal human values, which covers harmony in the human being, family, society and nature/existence.
At the end of each batch, participants share their reflections and self-evaluations. It also helps participants to explore further, bond and develop together.
